Young Jae has had an extensive career in British American Tobacco Group (BAT), first starting in 2008 as a Finance Management Trainee in the United Kingdom. He has worked in various management roles within BAT in the Netherlands, South Korea as well as Vietnam. Currently, Young Jae heads BAT’s Joint Venture with Vinataba, ensuring that the presence of BAT in Vietnam is sustainable for all stakeholders. Young Jae in a UK citizen, despite being born in South Korea, and has been educated at the London School of Economics in the UK, as well as a Chartered Management Accountant.

Ông Binu Jacob gia nhập Nestlé năm 1997 tại Ấn Độ và đã có hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm ở nhiều vị trí quan trọng tại các văn phòng của Nestlé ở cả 3 Châu lục: Giám đốc Marketing toàn cầu tại Thụy Sĩ (2005); Giám đốc phụ trách các dự án cải tiến toàn cầu tại Mỹ (2008) và phụ trách Kinh doanh khu vực Nam Á (2012). Năm 2016, ông đảm trách vị trí Phó chủ tịch cấp cao đồng thời là thành viên Ủy ban điều hành tại Trung Quốc.
Từ tháng 4/2020, ông Binu được bổ nhiệm làm Tổng Giám đốc Nestlé Việt Nam. Với cương vị này, ông Binu đã tiếp quản vị trí Đồng Chủ tịch Đối tác phát triển nông nghiệp bền vững Việt Nam (PSAV) cùng với Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn, thành viên sáng lập Tổ chức tái chế bao bì Việt Nam (PRO Vietnam) và Thành viên Nhóm Công tác về quản lý ô nhiễm nước đô thị và công nghiệp thuộc Nhóm tài nguyên nước 2030 (WSG 2030) tại Việt Nam. Ông Binu được bầu là Đồng Chủ tịch Hội đồng Doanh nghiệp vì sự Phát triển Bền vững Việt Nam (VBCSD) nhiệm kì 2020-2023 tại cuộc họp Ban chấp hành VBCSD lần thứ 4 vào tháng 6 vừa qua.
Ông Binu có bằng Thạc sỹ Quản trị kinh doanh của một trong những trường kinh doanh hàng đầu tại Ấn Độ - XLRI, Jamshedpur và đã hoành thành Chương trình phát triển lãnh đạo (PED) tại Học viện phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo (IMD), Thụy Sỹ.

Ms. Carolyn Turk - World Bank Country Director for Vietnam, East Asia and Pacific

Carolyn (Carrie) Turk is the Country Director for Vietnam, based in Hanoi.
A United Kingdom national, Turk joined the World Bank in 1998. She has since held various positions including Senior Poverty Specialist based in Vietnam, Senior Social Development Specialist and Lead Social Development Specialist in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Region, and Country Manager for Rwanda. Her most recent assignment was the Country Director for Ethiopia, South Sudan, Sudan and Eritrea.
Prior to joining the World Bank, Turk worked with the UK Department for International Development. She holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Economics from the University of Cambridge UK, and has authored numerous publications on poverty and inequality, including a book based on research into gender inequality in 20 countries.

Dorsati Madani, Senior Country Economist Macroeconomic, Trade and Investment Global Practice The World Bank in Vietnam

Ms. Dorsati Madani is a Senior Country Economist at the World Bank Office in Vietnam. Her current analytical interests are management of natural resource wealth, macroeconomic and fiscal sustainability, public expenditure efficiency, and trade. Prior to this position, she has worked with and advised countries in Europe and Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean. Ms. Madani holds a PhD in Economics in the University of California, Davis.
